If you don't have a great experience for any reason, we will do whatever it might take to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

Correct Usage and Support

We understand that the unique design of our ReformBrace with criss-cross straps can sometimes be confusing. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to incorrect application of the brace.

If you are having trouble putting it on or if it seems tangled, please contact our support team at support@reformbrace.com for assistance. We are here to help ensure you get the most out of your brace!

Order Cancellation

If you have noticed you made a mistake in your ordering please contact us within 3 hours via email at support@ReformBrace.com

If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately we cannot cancel your order, address or delivery destination as it is out of our control and with our couriers.

Returns

Our return policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Defective Products

Within 7 days when you receive your product, if you find that is broken, defective, or not as it should be, we will send you a replacement ASAP.

We do not offer refunds & returns for any accidental damage, electronic breakdown/failures past this 7 day mark when you receive your product.

We might ask for some evidence to provide the defect. We try our best not to inconvenience you too much!

Refunds 

If you have received a product that does not match your expectations, we will aim to replace it. If you do not want a replacement, we will refund you in full for the amount of the original item.
